  • Founder and Head of Family Enterprise Trusted Family Advisors

Founder of Teleos, I support medium and large family businesses and their supporting families in their governance structuring projects, ownership strategy definition and transmission planning.

With a rich, diverse, and international professional background spanning the past 25 years—initially as a lawyer and businesswoman, and later as a coach and professional facilitator—I have developed complementary and in-depth skills. These include legal and governance expertise, a keen sense of business and strategy, and a profound understanding of culture and relationships at the executive and shareholder levels.

Trained in Imago relational facilitation and as a facilitator in collective intelligence and participative decision-making, I oversee all practices at Teleos related to managing family dynamics and developing our clients' relational strategies.

I myself come from a large ecosystem of family businesses. While some of the inherited businesses have been sold or ceased operations, others remain actively managed by various branches of my family. My generation continues to undertake joint investments.

Additionally, I serve as an independent member of the supervisory board for one of Europe's largest multi-entrepreneurial families.

My motto: Taking care of the emotional climate is a fundamental act of governance, just as vital as any strategic decision.

  • Felix Goblet d’Alviella currently sits on the Board of Directors of SOFINA, a Brussels-based private equity and venture capital firm, where he is also a member of the Audit Committee. He also sits on the Board of Union Financière Boël.

Coming from the fifth generation of a family business that has undergone a major transformation—from the steel industry to a leading global investment firm—Felix Goblet d'Alviella brings direct and in-depth experience of the human, psychological, and systemic issues involved in succession and transformation in family businesses. His understanding of intergenerational dynamics, family life cycles, and the balance between relational harmony and economic performance is based both on his personal experience and on solid training in systemic approaches to organizational change.

His distinctive skill lies in particular in developing " negative capability ": the ability to remain present in the face of uncertainty, complexity, and difficult emotions, without seeking hasty solutions. His training in the Tavistock methodology, his Executive Master's in Change at INSEAD, and his experience in systemic constellations applied to families form the basis of his coaching.

Felix specifically supports members of the new generation of shareholders, helping them navigate complex inheritance transitions and build authentic leadership positions within established family structures, within a clear and structured professional framework.

  • Jean de Skowronski is a lawyer and financial advisor based in Geneva and Lausanne. He chairs or sits on the boards of several financial companies and charitable institutions.

With extensive experience dealing with conflict situations, personal transitions , leadership crises, and loss of meaning— both individual and institutional—he has gained a deep understanding of the mechanisms, triggers, and integration processes involved.

In an environment based on trust, discretion, and quality relationships, he creates a space that allows vulnerability to be embraced and values to be realigned. He offers concrete tools and strategies to promote awareness of repetitive patterns, defuse impulsive reactions, and broaden perspectives, thereby opening the way to personal and professional transformation.

His support aims to help each person rediscover the right attitude, a renewed sense of purpose, and a clear direction, by articulating the individual good and the common good. This approach enables people to break out of isolation and confusion, strengthen their stature, and develop authentic, embodied leadership.

Jean holds a law degree from Geneva, a diploma from the Swiss Banking School in Zurich, an MBA, and a Certificate in Board Management from INSEAD in Fontainebleau. He is also certified in Enneagram by the CEE in Paris.

  • Laurie Constantin worked for several years as an independent therapist before joining Teleos as an administrative and marketing assistant. She holds a bachelor's degree in marketing and communication. Her career path has been shaped by a formative personal experience within a family business, where she quickly realized the importance of a clear framework and structured governance in maintaining human and relational balance.

This experience highlighted the fundamental role of listening, dialogue, and the quality of relationships between family members engaged in a joint entrepreneurial project. It reinforced his conviction that balanced, tailored governance enables family members to truly listen to and understand each other and to navigate the challenges of succession and transformation in a respectful and sustainable environment.

This trajectory naturally led her to join Teleos, whose values she deeply shares: a person-centered approach, active listening, interpersonal skills, and a focus on the human heart. Through her sensitivity, presence, and keen understanding of emotional and relational dynamics, Laurie helps to create the conditions for aligned, structured, and meaningful support for families and the systems they form.
